Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the training course. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you completed the course [COMPLETION CHALLENGE], and did the work taught in the course.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of your purchase, submit the Completion Challenge form, fully completed. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day or the form is missing documentation, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund is described below in detail.

We will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, course completion challenge with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Contract Flipping Mastery and NickEstes, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due balances at a rate of 10.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Submit 3 of your leads with the homes ARV & MAO proving you know how to determine home values
Submit a recording of a mock call going through the phone script with someone in the group
Fill out the P&S, showing us you understand how to fill it out
Fill out the Assignment, showing us you understand how to fill it out
Submit your scorecard for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks to the Facebook Group
Submit your completely filled out cash buyers spreadsheet with at least 50 buyers
Show us you have been consistent with your marketing and talking to seller the last 4 weeks

Show that you have sent out at least 10,000 messages the last 30 days
Prove you are getting the minimum number of leads into your CRM for 4 weeks consecutively that matches your goals. (minimum accepted is 70 leads in 30 days)
Show proof you have gone at least 20 seller appointments in the past 4 weeks

Submit a video testimonial of what you have learned in the course, what it has meant to you & your biggest takeaways
